A free workplace assessment will be carried out to determine whether your workforce is eligible for government funding for your workplace based training program.
A comprehensive training plan is developed to suit the students undertaking workplace based training.
Course training plans are delivered using a combination of on the job and off-job activities. Some training and tutorials can be delivered and completed online. Improvement projects can be included in the course structure.
The structure of training assessments are based on the individual needs of your staff. Tutoring and mentoring mostly take place in the workplace to ensure the training provided is suitable and appropriate for their needs. Depending on the course, certain elements of training can be delivered online.
When all training and assessments have been completed to a competent standard, a student is signed off and issued with their qualification. Individual workplace based training timeframes will be advised at the commencement of the course and is dependant on each workplace and their individual circumstances
